What should I know about Permissions before I start?

Page permissions work on a page or section of pages and can allow either certain groups or users to view and/or edit these pages.

If allowing a certain user to edit  a page, you must give "Anyone/Everyone" the ability to view the page if it needs to be visible.

How do I set per-user permissions?

Step 1: Open the Page Settings of the appropriate page and click "Permissions" from the left.

Step 2: Click "Add User Permission".

Step 3: Under "User", select the appropriate user via email from the dropdown.

Step 4: Select the appropriate permissions.
Step 4a: If regular visitors still needs the ability to view the page, click "Add User Permission" again and give "Anyone/Everyone" the ability to "View".

Step 5: Click "Save".
